01 / ROOFING
A roof is a set of connected details. Shingles, underlayment, flashing and ventilation each have a job to do.
THE VISIBLE LAYER
Duration shingles offer dimensional color and an architectural look. Their SureNail® technology provides a reinforced nailing area designed to support fastening during installation.
Color, compatibility and installation requirements should be reviewed for your specific roof. Product warranties have terms and conditions; no enhanced warranty or contractor certification is implied here.

ProArmor is a synthetic underlayment installed beneath the roof covering. It is one component of Owens Corning’s roofing system—not a substitute for shingles, correctly detailed flashing or other required water-management components.
The roof deck, slopes, penetrations and local requirements all matter when selecting and installing the layers of your roof.

A new roof alone is not a promise of lower utility bills.
Attic air sealing, insulation and appropriately designed ventilation work alongside the roof. Addressing the right conditions can support comfort and more efficient home performance.
Results depend on the existing home, climate, installation and how the home is used. Standard Duration shingles and ProArmor are not presented here as insulation or as guaranteed energy-saving products.
